All dry fish listed below have low salt content and are processed by drying under the sun and not through the commercial smoking methods used for manufacturing dry fish. Hence they are pretty healthy, but if you are used to the regular market dried fish which has high salt content, this will taste different and you will need to add extra salt while cooking.
